Flamenco Apartment has been renovated and it’s situated at ground floor inside of the building complex in its central point only 15 meters from the Ocean. It has a total living area of 35m2 which includes kitchen with living room, bedroom and bathroom. Apartment is suitable for two persons. Smoking inside of apartment is not allowed with all due respect for non-smokers.
Living room is equipped with a new sofa, wall unit, two tables and TV set. There are also fans mounted on the ceiling with remote control. Kitchen is equipped with new furniture, kitchen appliance (coffee machine, microwave and electric kettle..etc.), there is also a counter where you can have your meals. Bathroom is equipped with shower bath, hand-basin and toilet. There is also a big wardrobe and bed (160x200cm) inside of bedroom.
Restaurants, bars, big and small shops, pharmacies, bank branches are located in the area so there is no need for having a car during your holidays. Playa San Juan has a good bus connection with all major cities and of course with Reina Sofia Airport located on south side of the Island. Beautiful promenade will lead you along rocky seaside straight to the harbor and sandy beach in only 10 minutes.
